Firstly, this will depend on the type of product you’ve ordered. We’re more than happy to accept returns of non-made to measure products, which include our Skylight Blinds, Awnings and Cushions.
To be eligible for a refund on any of these products, please ensure they are returned unused and in a resalable condition within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please contact our friendly support team before sending the products back to us, so that we can make arrangements for your refund.
There's no need to request a returns label from us, simply package your items as securely as possible and return them to the address below. We would advise using a reputable courier service for the return of your items, to ensure they arrive back with us quickly and safely. Once received, we’ll check the items over to confirm that their condition meets the above requirements then process a full refund for you, including the original delivery charge, as soon as possible thereafter. Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of the return.
Any made to measure blind or curtain is ineligible for cancellation, return or refund once manufactured, unless shown to be damaged or faulty.
