Many of our products let you choose the control side when placing your order. If you don’t see this option on our website for your product, unfortunately, it can't be changed. If you've already placed an order and think you might have selected the wrong control location, please reach out to our friendly customer service team. We’ll check if it’s still possible to amend this before your blind is delivered.
If your blind has already arrived and the control sides are incorrect, don’t worry. Just get in touch, and we can usually provide a simple guide to help you change it yourself. If that’s not an option, we can discuss alternative solutions to ensure you get what you need.
