Lead times vary depending on:

The product type

The production unit

The level of demand at the time
The most accurate lead time is always shown on the product page before you order — for example, you may see:
“Dispatched in 14–18 working days”
When you place your order, we’ll also confirm the anticipated dispatch date in your order confirmation email.
👉 This date is calculated from the lead time at the point of order and will not change.
Dispatch and delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Delivery is usually the next working day after dispatch (remote areas may take longer).

All lead times are quoted in working days & do not include Saturdays & Sundays.
